Hello Communties,
I am getting below error message,
Error Message:”Expressions that yield variant data-type cannot be used to define calculated columns”,In below formula [AMERICAS AO] and [AMERICAS BA]are Numeric Colmn.I cannot remove “No Available” as result.I have chnaged "No Available" to 00000 and it did not give any error.
Can any one suggest any workaround?
AMERICAS 2017 = IF([AMERICAS AO]>0,[AMERICAS BA],"No Available")

Hi @Anonymous,
Could you please mark the proper answers as solutions?

I don't think there is a workaround. You need to decide what data type the calculated column has and then find acceptable values to go in there. It's either going to be text or numeric, it can't be both at the same time.
