I'm new here and hope you can support me on this.
I'd like to achieve a result where i can be able to see Employee (Staff)Turnover in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Can you please help me with the DAX formula or other possible way to achieve this?

You could create new measures with DAX function "TOTALMTD","TOTALQTD","TOTALYTD" to evaluate the "month to date", "quarter to date" "year-to-date" value of the expression in the current context.
There is a quick way by new quick measure.
Select three dots of a table and select "new quick measure", from the pop window, select Time Intelligence->year-to date total,,ect.
