Embedding in ISV applications with Power BI Pro

Hi,

With 60 days to go before the Power BI Pro Extended license expires, I had a few questions regarding purchase of Power BI Pro license. Kindly help me in understanding below aspects:

1. We are a small organization. We embed power bi reports in our own web application. Would purchasing a single Power BI Pro License suffice this requirement as we have only one Power BI Developer? In simple words, Can we embed Power BI reports in our Web applications by just purchasing Power BI Pro license?

2. What advantages does Power BI Premium offer other than giving dedicated capacity?

3. How many refreshes are allowed post purchase of Power BI Pro license?

4. What is Power BI Embedded? As of now, we have many reports embedded in our ISV applications and they are running fine. It's very confusing to understand what Power BI Embedded is offering when i am able to embed Power BI reports without purchasing it.
