I have a table with names and corresponsing email addresses. I want to be able to send an email to all users with only one click. To do this I created a calculated column 'mailtoall' and changed the data category to Web URL. Although this allows me to send an email to all users in the table with one click, it does not account for a filtered table, i.e., if I filter the table to only include User A, the mailtoall column still shows mailto://UserA@gmail.com; UserB@gmail.com; UserC@gmail.com.
All suggestions are greatly appreciated! Below is a screenshot of the table with the formula for mailtoall:
As far as I know, there is no elegant way. You may leave a comment and vote this idea up.
