Hello
I have set up a sheet which includes an ESRI map visualization. The map shows a series of dots indicating building locations across the map background. It works as intended. However, when I go to export to pdf, the sheet (with associated charts, etc.) all export correctly, but the for the ESRI map, the visual dots export correctly but the background map disappears. So on the pdf, the dots just appear to be floating in space.
This makes no sense, should the print pdf function just be effectively exporting the sheet to raster? Why is there a difference between the two?

HI @BC00,
I'd like to suggest you take a look at the limitations of the 'export to pdf' feature first:

Export reports from Power BI to PDF#limitations-and-considerations
