We are in user-acceptance testing phase of a new project that making extensive use of the ESRI visual.
We are in User Acceptance Phase of a new implementation using ArcGIS Maps extensively. The testers are using Power BI Desktop and powerbi.com to access the visuals. A few of the maps work fine but there are some that frequently throw errors or freeze as the user tries to change their view by deselecting the current Division and then selecting another Division. One of the views that is a problem processes about 2,000 records total, the data is updated every 10 minutes. If we are looking historical data over a rolling 14 Day view about 400,000 records are processed.
Our environment: Data Warehouse and SSAS Servers are on premise built out on 2016 SQL Servers with PowerBI.com.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? Any suggestions?
