ESRI/ArcGIS Maps - drilldown hierarchy capability?

Hello, I know I can add multiple Location values as a hierarchy for drilldown when I use the Bing Map visual.

However, I don't see this feature when using the free, out-of-the-box ERSI ArcGIS map visual.

Is anyone aware if a drilldown feature exists when you upgrade to an ESRI "Plus" license? 

I don't see it in the "What You Get" upgrade page but someone insisted that it exists.

I need to know - but don't want to upgrade just to find out.

Hi @v-cherch-msft , for the above shared links not able to see any drilldown fuctionality based on hierarchy level Ex: State level to Zipcode/Address level.   In ArcGIS really want to know the drilldown feature availability? please let me know if it's available

I read both of these articles but I still don't see where the ability to drill-down into a location hierarchy is available as a feature.  Am I missing something?
