ERROR MESSAGE: An error occurred while rendering the report

Hi There,

I'm getting an error in one of the PowerBI files that I had been using for quite some time. The error will pop up 5-7 times and each time I have to click close until the error window stops popping up.

The error I get seems pretty non descriptive to me too:

An error occurred while rendering the report.

Uncaught (in promise): {"readyState":0,"status":0,"statusText":"timeout

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! It's been driving me nuts!

Hi @GarlonYau ,

Does this error message also happen when using other report? Does this error begin to occur after update to the February version? Are there any custom visual or complex measure in this report?

Best regards,

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

It may have started in Feburary. It seems rather inconsistent though, sometimes It will pop up, sometimes it doesn't. It doesn't seem to appear in my colleague's computers either, just mine. And the popup will appear 5 times, each time i have to click close and it keeps popping back up.

Is error happens in the two reports I have.

Both have some measures, but not very complex.

Both have a custom Gantt Chart visual though.

Cheers,

Garlon
