EFFICIENTLY SUMMARIZING A TABLE

Hi everyone,

I have a table with projects and financial data, the project column is being multiplicated by another column called product group, so for every project i have multiple product groups. This thing stands in my way in some cases and I would like to eliminate the column by summarizing the table by projects. I have a lot of data columns and i thought about SUMMARIZECOLUMNS but this would take a while, to sum every data column (because yes, i need almost all of them). Is there a more efficient way to do this or SUMMARIZECOLUMNS and a lot of sums is the way to go ?

Hi florindaniel96

I think this is based on your requirement, if you want to show summarize sum in table, I think you could put project field in Tabel, don't put detailed project field(sub project) in table, it will automatically calculate the sum for you. Or you also could write measure  to achieve this goal. So if possible could you please inform me more detailed information(such as your sample and your expected output)? Then I will help you more correctly.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
