Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement report of tracked Activities (without regarding)

I hope the question is suitable for this forum:

When I track an e-mail from Outlook to Dynamics 365 using the Dynamics App for Outlook, I have the choice to track with or without regarding. When I choose to track without regarding, the e-mail is stored in Dynamics 365. The e-mail is then found in the contacts, which are matching the e-mail address in the From and To fields of the e-mail.

Now, I want to create a Power BI report and find all mailss which are tracked and related to a contact (not Regarding). Which fields should I look for to get the related contacts of an e-mail?

Have you solved your issue by now? If you have, could you please help mark the correct answer to finish the thread? Your contribution will be much appreciated.

Hi @v-yuta-msft,

thank you for your answer. However, the problem still persists. I am not able to associate an email with a contact, when the mail is tracked without setting "Regarding".

@kiril ,

To be general, if the mail list is in table of dynamic 365, you can import data via dynamic 365 connector in power bi, for more details, you may refer to this documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2016/administering-dynamics-365/dn708....
