Dynamically filter/hide/show layers and shapes in ArcGis map visual

Hi, 

I have an Arcgis licence. I want to dynamically use Power BI filters to filter/hide/show  rail network lines (Shape files segments) in the Arcgis custom map layer. Is this option possible with PowerBI / ArcGIs visual ? if yes how can do it ? 

PS: the data I want to filter is the rail lines from this database.
