Dynamically calculate percentile of a time series plot, update by selected filter

I was wondering if there is a way to calculate say 50th percentile curve based on the data in the plot below. I also want the percentile curve to dynamically update based on a selected filter.

I am not sure what desired result would you want, could you please share your sample data and desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
