I am trying to build a year that would start from 1st of July of the previous year until 30th of June of this year for marketing purposes. Statically it is built correctly, given a new column for the new year and a function that calculates the marketing costs based on the marketing year.
However, I would like to implement it dynamically, so to have the costs based on the year I give in a filter. I tried with parallel period “CALCULATE(SUM(FAKT_Marketingkosten[Nettowert_angelegt]); PARALLELPERIOD(DIM_Datum[Datum] ;-6;MONTH))“ but it is not giving the correct answers.
