Dynamic row level security with profiles and users - HELP

Hi guys,

So i have followed the Radacad guide on this:

https://radacad.com/dynamic-row-level-security-with-profiles-and-users-in-power-bi

I have done everything the guide outlines.
For this example I am using the cross filter solution that Radacad does not recommend - i just want this to work, before going on to using more DAX.

Nothing is working so far and my columns are all empty, when applying the role with the DAX [Email] = USERPRINCIPALNAME() on the user table.

I have created the data model exactly as the guide shows (look at the picture below).HelpRelations.png

ID's are indexes, i got 34 users and i got 12 profiles. Each user is linked to a profile in the User Profile table.

Do you have any idea what I am missing?

Best

Hi @Lorentzen ,

According to your description, you seem to configure everything correctly. Have you ever try the second approach? I always use the second approach and it works well.

Would you please show us sample pbix by onedrive for business for troubleshooting?
