I have a list of email in a column - "Owner Email Id". I want to display the infomation corresponding to that email id. For that I have used "Dynamic row-level Security". I have created a role - Owner and the DAX used is
[Owner Email Id] = USERPRINCIPLENAME().
Now the owner will only able to see his/her information. I have published the report.
The only problem is - do I need to manually add every Member's (in this case Owner) email id in that role or Power BI will automatically add the email id's from the selected column

Hi @Anonymous ,
As the documentation says:
"You can add a member to the role by typing in the email address, or name, of the user, security group or distribution list you want to add."
This means that manual addition is necessary. For more information, please refer to:Dynamic Row Level Security (Dynamic RLS)

You can create a office 365 group for different level of security and add in the service.
I have only 1 level of security.
Apart from that, do all the user need to have an Office 365 account?
And if they have, and I create a group then how would I add them in members?
