How can I make a dynamic filter on a Power BI chart?
I have a MONTH table and it contains these values: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. I dot not want to display data for months that are bigger than current month, MONTH(TODAY()).
I want something like this:

You have to create a measure like this:
Measure = calculate(sum('table'[data]); 'monthtable'[month] <= month(today()))
and use this measure in your chart.

You can't apply expression in visual level filter. I suggest you create a calculated table which always filter records for months greater than current month.
Table=FILTER(Table,Table[Month]>MONTH(TODAY()))
