Hello, I have a table that looks like the below...
I have built a report using data from this table to show me the count of distinct contracts, and the sum of amount. This is controlled by a slicer on the sold date...
Is it possible for me to create another filter to choose either "sold date" or "start date" to filter my report? so for example, if "sold date" is selected on the filter, then the date slicer will filter on the sold date column. And vice versa for the start date one.
Is this doable? I know I could create a copy of the report and just use the start date as a filter but id like to be able to keep everything on one page if possible?

This is really useful! Thank you for this.
Is it possible to create a filter with one date field... and then another filter to populate this date field with either "start date" or "sold date"
So I would have a drop down with 2 selections. One called StartDate and one called SoldDate
If StartDate is selected, then my date slicer will filter the values on start date only.. and vice versa?
Hi again jd8766
I have updated my example with a dynamic value on Page 2

Hi @, Quick answer is yes. You could created a disconnected table with Sold Date/Start Date as a slicer option and then use a selected value clause to calculated results using USERELATIONSHIP.
