I am trying to achieve the following using dynamic RLS:
1- regular user can only see data for their UPN
2- certain special users can see data for all users (these users are listed in another table: UserSecurity)
[userprincipalname] =
VAR UPN = userprincipalname()
VAR ViewAllAuth = LOOKUPVALUE('UserSecurity'[userprincipalname],'UserSecurity'[userprincipalname],UPN)
RETURN IF(ISBLANK(ViewAllAuth), UPN)
Currently the above returns just relevant data for regular users, but the special users can only see data for the few hundred blank UPNs, and not all 10k users. How to correct this DAX to return all for the special users?
