Hi @Mehal1996 ,

 

You can create a measure that counts how many values are selected as :

Count_SelectedValues = CALCULATE (COUNTROWS ( FILTERS ( 'Table'[Name] ) ),ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ))
 
Then, update your target measure as follows:
Target = if([Count_SelectedValues] =1 , 1,[Count_SelectedValues])
Use this target measure on your report.
