Dynamic Filters / What If Analysis

I have a data set with detention charges (in USD) for a range of days for given cargo and container types.

I want to create a calculator wherein I enter OR select the cargo type from a drop down and container type and lastly the total number of days and it returns the detention charges.

For example, what would be the detention charges for a 20 ft container containing general cargo having been returned on the 9th day?

Cargo Type       Range (Days)    Detention 20 ft (USD)   Detention 40 ft container (USD)

General             0 to 7                            0                                  0

General             8 to 14                          5                                  10

General             >=15                            20                                40

Dangerous        0 to 7                            0                                  0

Dangerous        8 to 14                          10                                15

Dangerous        >=15                            20                                50
