Hey all,
Im trying to create a Dynamic Drill Through from a matrix.
this is my sample data:
Name | Category | Value |
Name_01 | Cat_01 | 35 |
Name_02 | Cat_02 | 3 |
Name_03 | Cat_03 | 33 |
Name_04 | Cat_01 | 38 |
Name_05 | Cat_02 | 34 |
Name_06 | Cat_03 | 36 |
Name_07 | Cat_01 | 2 |
Name_08 | Cat_02 | 28 |
Name_01 | Cat_02 | 29 |
Name_02 | Cat_03 | 38 |
Name_03 | Cat_01 | 49 |
Name_04 | Cat_02 | 21 |
Name_05 | Cat_03 | 14 |
Name_06 | Cat_01 | 16 |
Name_07 | Cat_02 | 46 |
Name_08 | Cat_01 | 25 |
And the matrix looks like that:
Every category(Cat_01,02,03) has it's own Drill Through, which means I have 3 drill throughs.
How can I choose a name, a category and then move to the attributed drill page?
I know there is 2 ways:
- Choose a name, a category -> left click -> Drill throgh -> Choose the drill through page
- Insert WEB URL in a conditional formating, but when you press on the number, it's opens the right page, but without the name and category you chose, and it loads the page instead of just applying it as filters.
Any other ways?
Thanks!
@Anonymous , See if Conditionally set the drill through destination can help you in this case

Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you share the sample pbix via cloud service like onedrive for business?(Please mask any sensitive data before uploading)
So that we can try more and see if we can solve it.
