Hello,
Im working on a debt report - this is relivant to a point in time. I have a date slicer and I wish the age of a document to change dependant on the slicer input. Please see expected result below when the selected date is 06/03/2019.
Selected Date | Document Date | Age |
06/03/2019 | 22/01/2019 | 43 |
06/03/2019 | 30/01/2019 | 35 |
Compared with actual results below, its showing 709 and 701 for the age. this happens to be the Maximum date within the date table, which is 31/12/2020.
Below is an explination of each componant.
max selected = MAX('DATE'[date]) -- This is a Measure
Age = DATEDIFF([max selected],'Transaction X'[Date],DAY)*-1 -- This is a Calculated Column

Hi @Pragati11,
Yeah the type of measure don't work with relationships! I have found another post with soultion (also mine) It seems I have lost some brain cells as I don't remeber posting it!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Can you create a relationship between your DATE table and other table on DATE column?
Then check.
If this helps and resolves the issue, appreciate a Kudos and mark it as a Solution! 🙂
Thanks,
Pragati
