Dynamic Card Title to show "Multiple Selections" when more than one company selected.

Hi all,

I have a card title on my report which shows users the company they have selected when using filters - However if they select more than one company it will only show the last company selected. I would like this to just say "Multiple Companies Selected" if more than 1 is.

The current dax measure I have is: 

IF(ISFILTERED('Street Works Applications & Works'[Organisation]), MAX('Street Works Applications & Works'[Organisation]), "Kent Totals")

)
