Drill through filters show correct data, but report does not list everything

Hi,

Yes, I am a new user 🙂

Using one simple table.

Have a High Level sheet and a Details sheet

Have setup up Drill To to the Details

It works for many of the values, however some of the data that is not always returned when I use a measure (count of tickets)

Simple Example:

I drill using a measure on the number of tickets with a certain status - there should be 21 for one status code

In the Vizualizations area I can see that 21 records are found for each of my categories listed

The report however is only listing 14 of the records

I cannot figure out how to get the missing records to show up on the report.

Some of the status codes return the correct number, some of them don't....I cannot find a pattern.

Any ideas?

Keep all filters is ON

Thank you for your time!

Kathleen

Hi @kapa7 ,

Can you give me a screenshot or provide your pbix file? You can share pbix with me on OneDrive. I don't understand your 21 records and 14 records.

21 records is filtered by drillthrough, but the original data has only 14 records. Is my understanding correct?

Best Regards,

Stephen Tao
