Drill-through but allow selections in the destination page

Is there a way to design a drill-through report such that the user navigates into the destination page but can still use slicers? I did not find any other way of doing it other than having to exapnd the filter pane and clear the drill-through filter.

This question has been asked on various forums but no one has offered an elegant solution.

If you have any ideas or if Power BI has introduced features in recent releases that helps address it, please share it.

@sanimesa , In desktop you have clear from filter pane. But think in the case of power bi service you can clear filters using a clear filer option.

Hi @sanimesa - are you asking about the use case where the slicers on the drill-through page are at odds with the slicer/filter than is created by the drill-through?
