Drill down to specific lat lon after county and state

I have a hierarchy of State and County with the average of lat and average of lon being used for the lat and lon sections. I am able to get the specific lat and lon locations if I don't have the hierarchy in the location section but it doesn't work if I add the hierarchy in there. Is there a way to do a drill down of the specific lat and lon locations so the hierarchy is State > County > Specific Lat/Lon Location?

create a column with hierarchy you want and then "sort by column" with the hierarchy column.
