Drill-down plus-sign on matrix is gray, although manually drilling down is still possible! Bug?

Hi everyone.

So I made a few changes (impossible to pinpoint what at this point), and now the plus icon that's used to drill down is grayed out. What's strange is that manually drilling down is still possible!

This is the matrix on service:

I can easily click the "plus" next to sales rep, and it works to expand the drilldown for that one thing specifically.

This is how it's grayed out now:

For some reason or other, the 'plus' is now grayed out. The hierarchy is still perfectly intact because I can still 'manually' drill down by using the options on the visual setting, as well as right clicking it and manually clicking 'expand selection':

This is pretty bizarre! Is this possibly a bug?

hi, @rainynights

I have test on my side, it works well.

If you could create a new matrix then try it again?

Does this happen in other reports?

Could you upgrade the power bi desktop to the latest version and try it again?

If you still have the issue, could you please share your sample pbix file for us have a test?

Regards,

Lin

Hi @v-lili6-msft!!

Thank you so much for offering to help. I opened the file again today after abandoning it out of confusion, and now it works!

To answer your question, I did try before deleting the matrix before, and remaking it, back the problem was still there. But it works so now, so I guess it was just a bug after all!!
