Drag and drop functionality doesn't work?

In recent weeks, I have noticed the ability to drag and drop chart templates into the canvas no longer works, nor does dragging fields on top of one another (e.g. to create hierarchies). Is this something wrong with my own version, or with Power BI as a whole (i.e. from a recent update)?

I am not sure which version allows you to drag the visual icon, but you should not able drag the icon create template, you can only click on the icon to create a visual then drag fields into it. And it is suggested to always keep the desktop version up to date to prevent unexpected issue.
