Downdrill on klant

So, I have two tables
One contains data about hours worked, looks like this
Year Month Employee Customer Hours Tariff etc.
Another is the general ledger for all financ transactions.
There is a page in which I want to downdrill on Customer. So the page is already filtere on Customer = X (From the hours table)
This page looks like this. https://pasteboard.co/HSAdaSq.png

Problem is, it's showing the people who worked there in 2018, which is great, but it shows their revenue and gross margin for the whole year. I want to show this only for the time they worked there. I could create a different table containing all the customers, but in the financial transactions table employee costs like Carlease etc. on which gross margin is calculated are not linked to a customer.
Is there a way to filter the financial table on months which the employee registered hours at that customer?
