Double X Axis, Axis Values,

How can i replicate this sort of double X axis?

Instead of nesting your x-axis you might just create a column that concatenate the 2 values like 1.1, 1.2, 1.3., 1.4, 2.1 ..... 4.4

I've now got a question about smoothing the lines, now i have built it in the way suggested above.

Is this feature still unavailable in Power BI?

Not a perfect solution, but for now it will have to do.
