Donut chart switch spots of labels/data

I have donut chart that I want the chart to show On Time on top and Late on the bottom rather then what is shows now

As I know, currently it is not supported to custom the location of the series in Doughnut charts. So I would suggest you to submit an Idea here for a feature request.
