Hi
I have a area chart that have dates in the axis and dirrent values. I dont want to show the dates with no values.
The dates in the axis is from a sepperate table and to that table do I have two other tables connected, so I use the date table for relationship between the others.
Heres some pictures to clarify:
So here i dont want do show day 8 and 9.

There's no data with that date.
but i found the solution for my porblem.
In the area chart format. For the X-axis i change the type from continuous -> categorial.
So day 8 and 9 was removed.

Hi,
I'm assuming by the pictures that if 'Gamla' is 0 you dont want to display the date.
If this is the case you can create a calculated column in your date table along th lines of this:
Column =
IF( CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Gamla])) > 0 ; 1 ; 0 )
This column you should then be able to use as a visual level filter that removes the dates that do not have a related value on 'Gamla' .

The numbers is produktion numbers.
So we log everyday what we done. When we log we log it with a date.
Here is the weekend and we don't log any numbers. But the dates still are displayed in the area chart.

The reason that the weekend days are showing is because there are values for RFS/Plan related to those days. Either you can remove the dates depending on the value of 'Gamla' as i proposed in the previous message or you can use the WEEKDAY() dax syntax to identify the weekends and use that to filter instead.
