Hi all
I need to make a Martix that looks like this.
Department | Budget | Result
1 HR | -12 | -11 | |
2 Traffic | -6 | -8 | |
3 School | -21 | -22 | |
4 Sum | -39 | -41 | Sum of row 1-3 |
5 Pensions | -52 | -50 | |
6 Intrest | -2 | -3 | |
7 Net cost | -93 | -94 | Sum of row 1-3, 5-6 |
8 tax net | 90 | 91 | |
9 finans net | 4 | 6 | |
10 Result | 1 | 3 | Sum of row 1-3, 5-6, 8-9 |
Using Groups I´ve managed to produce this, but I can´t get it to add upp the sums like I want. I only get subtotals and summed group rows are in wrong possission.
Department | Budget | Result
1 Sum | -39 | -22 | Sum of row 2-4 |
2 HR | -12 | -11 | |
3 Traffic | -6 | -8 | |
4 School | -21 | -22 | |
5 Net cost | -54 | -53 | Sum of row 6-7 |
6 Pensions | -52 | -50 | |
7 Intrest | -2 | -3 | |
8 Result | 94 | 97 | Sum of row 9-10 |
9 tax net | 90 | 91 | |
10 finans net | 4 | 6 |
Is there a way to make the sums being added like in example and also make said sums apper in the order customer want?
Please tell me if there is any additional info I can provide thet can be of intrest
Hi @MansRydell ,
I have a little confused about your scenario.
It seems that the Budget and the Result are your output not the data sample.
If it is convenient, could you share the data sample?
In addition, how do you group the Department? Could you describe your logic in more details?
Best Regards,
Cherry
