Doing the equilent of a google map on power bi

I would like to do a maps with some drawing on power bi.

But i see that i need so much point and power by doesn't run well with this

By using Custom Visual- Flow map we can get similar mapping but we cant able to draw on it once we import.

May be you have to raise it in Idea forum.
