Does TOTALMTD work with Custom Calendar (4-5-4 calendar)

Hi, I am implementing a retail NRF 4-5-4 calendar as a date dimension for my report and I have modified the measures to fetch from the new calendar rather than the old one. The calendar starts on Feb 3rd 2019 and ends March 2nd 2019 ---> This period = month of February 2019. My MTD column is showing me blanks. There is no value.

DAX Measure:

MTD Sales =
TOTALMTD(
SUM('ERP Sales'[saleAmount]),'Date Dimension'[Date],
'Date Dimension'[Date] < TODAY()
)

Please let me know what I can do. Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on my research, time intelligence functions lile TOTALMTD works based on natural calendar, not work for custom date dimension. Reference: DAX Time Intelligence Functions

Anyone have other solutions? My LY MTD and LY YTD is just providing me full month and full year sales rather than the MTD of this year - 1 year ago
