Does Custom visual support "See Records"?

Hi,

I am using "Tornado chart " .Just wanted to know if it supports "See Records" option .

When we click/hover on the dimensional value (upon text to which bar is raised),it is not clickable unlike other bar /column charts.

Please guide or suggest work around.

Note: Comparison between two categorical fields and  value for each category (ex:how many projects are completed vs how many projects are inprogress) used tornado chart

Not even all default visuals support See Records so it is going to vary based upon the custom visual.
