Document dashboards

Hi I have seen various posts on this but nothing recent. I'm looking for a tool or a template that I can document and record my dashboards in. This is so that another person can take over maintenance of the dashboard and have all the information they need. For example something that documents measures and calculated columns used and what they refer to. KPIs for each visual m code for power query etc etc. I have seen power bi help and dax studio but wondering if there is anything else? I almost just want a document template where I can cut and paste the code with screen shots etc.
