For actual DIV BPS i'm using the below calculation:
Actual Div BPS = SUM('LoanMaster (2)'[Div Concession $])/Sum('LoanMaster (2)'[Loan Amount])
It's not pulling correctly when I have either a Date or Sales Person Slicer applied. Not sure how to get this to work.

Figured it out! had to do Measures not columns! 1 for each total then divide!
