Divide function using two fields from different tables including filters

Hi,

I've successfully joined two tables and have included them into a matrix.

I'm now trying to divide one by the other to give a turnover rate.

But I am not getting my desired result. I want it to be drillable on all fields in my matrix.

FTE Turnover = CALCULATE(DIVIDE([Leaver FTE],[Staff FTE],0),ALL('Staff Summary'))

Can anyone please help?

If you need anymore info please let me know.

Thanks
