I need to create a measure that divides the sum of values created by one measure in a column by the number of values created by that same measure.
Basically i need to divide the sum of values for the measure ADR.2018 and divide that sum by the number of values created by the measure ADR.2018. i.e) (131.13+100.16)/2 for ADR.2017 and (46.70+114.76+112.72+92.20)/4 for ADR.2018 and so on.

ADR 2018 Avg = AVERAGE( Table[ADR2018 Column])
