Divide a calculate column result between a measure

Hi,

I want to divide the time, obtained from a calculated column, between the number of tickets, obtained with a measure.

The Time is obtained with the following calculated column:

Time = var Resolve = CALCULATE(MIN(Historico[Index]);FILTER(HISTORICO;Historico[ID de incidencia]=earlier(Historico[ID de incidencia])&&Historico[EstadoInicial]="Resolved"))
return
if([Index]<Resolve;0;Historico[Tiempo Transicion])

And tickets are obtained with the following measure:
Ticktes = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Historico[ID de incidencia]))

Why I can´t simply create a measure like % = DIVIDE(Time;Tickets)? Is there a way to conduct the division?

Thank

I assume you want to create a new measure, correct? in your code

 % = DIVIDE(Time;Tickets)

you try to divide multiple values (column) by a scalar (measure), which obviously doesn't work. You have to aggregate [Time] first, try something like this:

 % = DIVIDE(SUM('Historico'[Time]);[Tickets])
