I want to divide the time, obtained from a calculated column, between the number of tickets, obtained with a measure.
The Time is obtained with the following calculated column:

I assume you want to create a new measure, correct? in your code
% = DIVIDE(Time;Tickets)
you try to divide multiple values (column) by a scalar (measure), which obviously doesn't work. You have to aggregate [Time] first, try something like this:
% = DIVIDE(SUM('Historico'[Time]);[Tickets])
