Distinctcount New Clients by Year

Hello everyone!

I would like to count the distinct clientes I had in 2020 and the new clients in 2021, that weren't present in 2020. 

Something like:

2020 = 100 clients (distinct)

2021 = 150 clients (distinct) wich 80 are new in 2021

I want the count of this 80 clients and calculate the NEW clients growth rate  

And, if possible, to know who they are in my client table.
