Distinct count function problem

While I related three tables and tried to make a chart to count distinct values, but something strange happened.

Can someone kindly help here? Thank you!

Seems like you are missing a table relationship or something.

Thank you for your hint about incorrect relationship.

I found that I have to adjust the relationship from "Many to One - Single" to "Many to One - Both"

 Many to One SingleMany to One Single OutputMany to One BothMany to One Both Output
