Hi everyone,
Just wondering if its possible to display all months while using a trendline on the X Axis? So far it is only displaying every second month January March May July Sept Nov, is there any way to include all 12 months? my table has all the months entered, no idea why it is omitting the other months.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Check the post below:

@OwenAuger was abble to achieve the trend line, I tried it with a small sample and it gave me something similar to what is expected but this may need to be adjusted to your own needs and model.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi @Anonymous ,
when you add dates and numbers to your axis by default the x-axis is on continuous mode and adjust the months that shows in the axis you need to go to the options and change the x-axis to categorical will return all the months.

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsHi,
I have data for all months except June:
When I show as Type continous the data is showing as zero which is correct but the month labels are every second month.
When I show as Type categorical the month labels are every month except June is completely missing.
Do you know how to fix this?
Hi @Anonymous ,
That has to do with the setup, automatically when you select the continuos date if the size is not big enough you will get every X months can be second third whatever:
Has you can see on top both chart have continuous date however the first one is of the full year and presents information every 2nd month the second chart is filtered after October and shows all months,
Regarding the question about the categorical click on the arrow on months and select shows values without data:
Or create a measue with the following syntax
Measure =COALESCE(Sum(Tablle[Column]),0)

Check out my blog: Power BI em PortuguêsThanks @MFelix , unfortuntaley when I switch it to categorical, I lose my trend line.
Ah, you are correct @Anonymous categorical does not support the trend line. Not sure there is a whole lot you can do. In Continuous, Power BI sort of decides on its own what to display in the axis.
