Displaying a table visual with many to many relationship

Hello,

I've an issue creating a table visual with my current table relations.

My data model looks like that:

jellyjoe_0-1625475064677.png

The relations are as follows:

dbo.MC_Stops (many)----------(MC = Machine)----------(one) Conv_MC_Relations

dbo.Conv_Stops (many)----------(Line+Conveyor connector = Line+Conveyor connector)--------(one) Conv_MC_Relations

Theres a measure that compares the times of stops from both tables and in certain situations detects an event.

(Measures can be found in PBIX)

My goal is to make a table like this one:

BUT showing all the records from dbo.Conv_Stops, not only the ones where ConvStopCausedByMachine didn't return blank.

I'd also like to avoid a situation where records from dbo.Conv_stops are duplicated. For example like here:

Is there a way to do that?
