Displaying Count in a Card not working

Hi All,

I am trying to display the count of positions in the table but the number is showing 19, but you can see there are clearly only 16 in the data set. Am I missing something?

Thanks

I assume the count of position no in the card is from the table as matrix visual? Slicers are ok but do you have a visual level filter on a matrix that will not propagate to card visual. Can you confirm that? Also, do you have any measure in the matrix visual? if there is are measures in the table visual and return blanks(), those rows will not show in Table visual but will get counted in Card visual. In nutshell, there can be many factors.

@Anonymous , can you share the formula. Just check you are not counting when values are 1 and 0. In that case, it should be a sum.

Position No can never be blank so I dont think that is it

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on the screenshots, I'm still not clear. Can you please share a dummy file and upload it to OneDrive for Business? Then we can test it.
