Display the value entered in the text box as a table value

In the following image (table visual), sample data created in Excel is used.

In fact, we want to display the value entered in the text box (shown on the left) in the Inputdate column of the table visual (shown on the right).

@Lopez0090 , You can use what if parameter, But that will not restrict the value you enter for month and day
