Display the first value in a same collumn row subtraction the same as other column

Hi! I'm going through some issues in this code. I'd like to the first value shown in "Entrada Horária" to be the same as the first shown in "Entrada Cana", but all other values to remain the same, how could I do it?

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
