Hey guys
I currently have the following challenge:
For our performance marketing I have certain targets to hit every month. Obviously these are just monthly numbers as defined by management. I imported the Excel into Power BI and am able to display the data in a bar chart:
Now I want to combine this data with the actual numbers from Google Analytics. There I have data for every day of the year until today. Now what I want to compare is the sum of the monthly sessions from Google Analytics (actual sessions) with the target numbers and display them both in a bar chart so that I can compare month for month and see where I stand.
How do I best go about this?
Thanks for your help!
Hi @watsonandcrick0,
Have you tried the solution provided by @Back2Basics above? Does it work in your scenario?
If you still have any question on this issue, feel free to post here.

Have you tried playing around with Line and Cluster Column Chart?
If you have the chart set up as the example and then the data from Google A. as the line you would get a comparison of the two. You should be able to add the google date field to the shared axis and then for Line Values use the field with the numbers you want, then select sum on that field.
I would think that this would work for you, but I don't have any data I can tes tthis with - but if it doesn't work first time try moving the fields about and seeing if itwokrs the otherway round? you might have to make sure the data types are set correcting in the Modelling Tab as well - keep playing and I am sure you will find a solution with it.
